The Prophet P.b.u.h. said:  ” The five prayers, Friday (prayer to the next Friday (prayer and Ramadan to the next Ramadan are compensation or expiation to what is in between (i.e.of the ill deeds in between) so long as the major sins are avoided”.

    And in fact one will have all his past sins forgiven if he fasts Ramadan with faith and in hope of recompense from God, as the Prophet p.b.u.h. said in the tradition reported by Abu-Hurayra may Allah be pleased with him.

So, we should seize this opportunity which God Almighty is offering us, we should try our best to fast Ramadan with faith and in hoope of recompense from God and remember that during these days of the blessed month of Ramadan the doors of Paradise are oopen, as the Prophet P.b.u.h. told us, and therefore, we should hurry in doing the good deeds.

     The prophet p.b.u.h said: ” When Ramadan starts, the gates of Paradise are opened, the gates of the Hell are locked, and the satans are chained”. (Bukhari and Muslim).
